I offer translation from French to Danish and from English to Danish. I only translate into my native tongue in order to guarantee that the translation I deliver is of the highest quality. My specialty is legal and financial texts but I can perform translations of all kinds of texts.

Examples of previous translations are: case documents for a court case in Luxembourg, legal and commercial contracts, company documents such as articles of association, board meeting minutes and company transcripts, a webpage for a hygienic product and marketing material.



I can help with proofreading in Danish, English and French of all types of texts. I have a lot of experience with proofreading annual reports, powers of attorney, contracts and other legal documents.


Legal administration

Within the legal field I offer the following services as an example:

  • Coordination of shareholder and board meetings

  • Registration of company changes with Erhvervsstyrelsen (virk.dk)

  • Administration of Danish and international companies, such as ensuring compliance with deadlines, calling of meetings, overview of company information, etc.


Project coordination

I offer coordination and administrative assistance for both small and larger projects. This could for example be keeping track of documents and data, preparing project documents, ensuring compliance with deadlines and timeline, etc. Please contact me in order to discuss your specific need.

About Paralegally

I launched Paralegally in order to be able to work with what I find most exciting: translation and legal and administrative tasks while at the same time having a flexible and diverse working day.


I have worked for over 10 years in legal departments in big global companies where my primary tasks were administration of Danish and international companies, project assistance, coordination of signatures, legalizations and board meetings, as well as translation.


I have a master’s degree in French business language and I am a certified translator. I therefore always strive for the highest quality in my translations. My specialty is legal and financial texts, but I can perform translations of all types of texts.


In 2017 I completed an education as legal assistant in order to get an even better understanding of the most common legal issues for a Danish company. I can use this education both in my translations as well as in my legal tasks.
